Minimum 3 years of total experience, of which 2 years need to be post Masters for the ACon/Con position
Experience in having worked on large integrated projects like (any of the following) mixed use residential townships, Commercial office complexes or IT SEZ/parks or residential condominium projects
Knowledge of MS Projects and Primavera
Knowledge of FIDIC Contracting structures
Working knowledge of national Building Codes (NBC)

Experience as planning engineer/ construction manager/ project management role is desirable
International work experience, like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE is preferable, with minimum 1 year of work experience in such countries/ locations
Experience in costing, quantity survey, project controls and reporting roles,
Experience in design engineering/ project execution of HVAC, Electrical works for large integrated real estate or industrial projects
Experience with firms like KPMG, Louis Berger, AW Atkins, Belfour Beatty, Parsons Brinkerhoff, Synergy PMC, CBRE PMC, Tata Consulting Engineers (TCE), M/s MN Dastoor would be preferable
