Job Details

DEx CII will be responsible for:
1. Strategizing and Planning for CII
Ø Co-create CII strategy along with the account team, driving CII objectives and tracking outcomes periodically at account level for a practice
Ø Mentor and support the execution of annual CII Plans for account teams.

2. Innovation Workshops and Programs
Ø Using innovation methodologies / toolkits such as Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Triz, JTBD and the CSI framework, conduct extensive and immersive deep dive workshop sessions leading to the identification of innovation opportunities and generation of ideas.
Ø Conceptualize, plan and implement innovation events like:
Ø Hackathons, idea jams and other such crowd sourcing initiatives
Ø Lean program for a portfolio leading to CoD optimization
Ø Annual Global Innovation Challenge
Ø MVP industrialization
Ø Annual innovation awards and other R&R programs
Ø Wirearcy sessions

3. Analyzing and identifying insights and recommending action plans
Ø Understand and analyze CII metrics in alignment with business unit objectives and recommend action plans for improvement
Ø Spotlight the Best of CII and socialize / share through case studies, newsletters, blogs, yammer, wirearcy sessions etc

4. Mentoring and Engaging with CII Stakeholders
Ø Prepare and present the status of CII as part of periodic reporting and governance with Leadership - includes metrics, case studies, insights and best practices
Ø Nurture and mentor key stakeholder relationships (CII Champions and Delivery LT) across the practice

5. Enterprise Innovation Management system
Ø Maintain a good understanding of the Enterprise Innovation Management system (iSpace) to manage the end-to-end innovation process from opportunity identification and ideation to governance and reporting.

6. Client Engagement
Ø Participate in client visits and other client meetings, presenting CII objectives and outcomes as required
Ø Provide input for RFP responses concerning CII
Ø Drive co-innovation programs with client organizations for specific accounts

Domain & Technical skills
Ø Good hands on experience in Innovation tools and techniques such as Lean Six Sigma , Design Thinking methodology and its associated toolkits, Triz , JTBD, Continual service improvement framework and associated toolkits etc.
Ø Understanding of the business domain / technology for respective verticals / horizontals.
Ø Ability to assess and comprehend Innovations and convert them to consumable references
Ø Able to provide Accounts with paths for innovation through innovation opportunities.
Ø Delivery of Insight presentations in an informative and engaging manner
