1) Troubleshooting  Experience Genesys 8.0 and higher Environment (Framework, Routing, Reporting, GVP/IVR, Outbound, Multi-channel Applications)
2) NICE WFM
3) Genesys Infomart
4) Genesys Intelligent Workload Distribution (IWD)
5) Working experience in UNIX/LINUX SQL, Shell scripting, Oracle 3 No of Requirements   4 Desired Experience Range 4+ years in above skills 5 Location of Requirement Hyderabad, India & Brussels, Belgium   Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have
  1. Experience in Genesys support
  2. Call Centre support experience
  3. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  4. Experience in SIP servers, SIP call analysis and SIP-Trunking
  5. Experience in Infomart report handling
  6. Incident and Problem management skills
Good-to-Have
  1. IWD application exposure
  2. Unix and  SQL Queries 
  3. Knowledge on XML, VXML, PHP, HTML, webserver applications.
  4. Speaking knowledge of French/Dutch
