Responsibilities
• Use your deep business understanding/knowledge to identify most value adding solutions
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories and help prioritize them
• Enable the development team to deliver true customer and business value
• Participating and working in a squad based on the agile principles, and be part of a high performing team with focus on continuous improvement
• Interact with many different stakeholders across the bank
• Facilitate workshops and playback sessions
• In time, help drive the human transformation part of our digital journey.
