- Strong experience planning and executing strategic internal communication with focus on leadership and employee communication
- Experience with both internal and particular external employee branding with focus on social medias
- Strong stakeholder management English at level 11.

Experience:
As a general rule minimum +8 years of experience within communication.

- Strong ability to link business- and organisational objectives to daily communication and different target groups

- Strong ability to interact with and advise colleagues in a constructive and open manner. Strong ability to create network across units and share best practises.
- Experience in Banking Domain and Social Medias is mandate

- Act as professional communication adviser for Group IT employees. Proactively identify communication initiatives to support the activities of Group IT.
- Prepare communication plans and communication activities for projects or initiatives. Measure effect and adjust when relevant.
- Execute on agreed communication plans including writing of articles and preparation of presentations
