Prior troubleshooting and debugging experience in Client Applications is a must

Prior Experience of Linux Administrator skills
Middleware Experience - WebSphere ND, IBM Client, SSO setup background.
Prior Experience of WebSphere administration skills.(WAS 8 & 9)
Application diagnostics and troubleshooting
Application performance tuning.
Candidate who has administrator role experience in Tririga & Maximo is an added advantage.
Knowledge in Perl, Python & Bash scripting - Added advantageOther skills and responsibilities:

Good communication skills with the ability to interact well Internal and external clients
Excellent English writing communication skills and email etiquettes
Must have a customer service focus
Handle all escalations received and work towards resolution of problems

On call rotation handling as per requirement
