Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Presales ServiceNow Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and technical teams to drive successful pre-sales engagements for ServiceNow solutions. Your expertise will be critical in understanding client requirements, designing tailored solutions, and presenting them effectively to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and pain points and develop comprehensive ServiceNow solutions.
- Design and deliver high-impact presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the value of ServiceNow offerings.
- Translate technical features and capabilities into business benefits for prospective clients.
- Provide technical expertise during client meetings, workshops, and discussions to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Customize and tailor product demonstrations to align with specific customer requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure accurate representation of product capabilities to clients.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, proposal content, and technical specifications.
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends.
- Assist in crafting and refining proposal responses, RFPs, and RFIs related to ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role, with a focus on ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and integrations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in creating and delivering effective product demonstrations and workshops.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client challenges.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator, etc.) would be a plus.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) processes and practices.
- A proactive attitude, team spirit, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
