Skill Desired:

1. Must Have 3+ yrs of relevant experience in Networking.
2. Knowledge on Cisco Call Manager,ACME Client ,CUBE, CME & CUE
3. CUCM Features: CSS Partitioning, Call Routing and IP Phone Registration.
4. Installation and configuration of Cisco phones and Route patterns, Translation Pattern, Hunt-group, CSS, Partitions,Bulk Creation,SNR,MVA(DISA)
5. H323 / MGCP/SIP Gateways: Debugs (CCAPI & ISDN, CCSIP) reading on routers: 28XX / 38XX - 29XX / 39XX
6. Unified Communications : IP Phone Set-up , Configuration & Registration
7. Dial-plan Management, Call Routing on Call Manager and Unity Connection servers.
8. Analyzing, designing and troubleshooting enterprise collaboration networks.
9. Packet captures through Wire shark , RTMT.
10. Analyzing the traces & logs to troubleshoot different scenarios and search the root cause.
11. Excellent communication.
