Inviting applications for the role of Consultant Azure Citrix VDI Support

Responsibilities
Be the primary Incident management Configure, provision, Trouble shoot and resolve Citrix VDI hosted on Azure
Raise ticket with product vendors and coordinate to resolve issues
Perform periodic configuration backup and restore as per policy
Perform activities related to standard changes and change management activities (e.g. creating change requests, prepare for change create scripts, configuration files etc.), following change process and procedures. .
Handling all the tasks of managing Citrix XenApp/Xen Desktop, Citrix NetScaler, Citrix StoreFront, Citrix Cloud Connectors, Citrix Federated Authentication Services (FAS), Citrix File Server
Should have proven communication skills and experience in handling bridge call. Available for after-hours critical escalations and provide 724 supports when required

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong technical knowledge in MS Azure cloud, Citrix XenApp/Xen Desktop, Citrix NetScaler, Citrix StoreFront, Citrix Cloud Connectors, Citrix Federated Authentication Services (FAS), Citrix File Server

Preferred qualifications
Strong communicator English in spoken and written form
Strong experience in Azure Citrix solution support Troubleshooting and projects
