Network Voice Engineer (Cisco Voice over IP Engineer) supports the planning, deployment, implementation, and maintenance of our client's enterprise IP telephony infrastructure.
Responsibilities include technology development and research, design and implementation, infrastructure design, engineering of network-based telephony services, level-2 and level-3 technical problem management.

Cisco VoIP Engineer will be split between project-based efforts and operational support
This position works independently with vendor-partners on technology products and services to ensure smooth operations as well migrations from legacy PBX system to the new Cisco CUCM
Must be able to work in team environment in which constant communications is shared between team and manager.
The Sr
Cisco VoIP Engineer also coordinates with other groups within IT to resolve multi-disciplinary issues specifically with the WAN and LAN engineers on technical issues that span these domains.
Qualifications
Expert knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager) versions 8x 12.x
Expert enterprise complex multi-cluster design, integrating CUCM (Call Manager), Unity Connections, Cisco Presence, Cisco Emergency Responder, Cisco Telepresence, and Cisco UCCX.
Expertise of ACME Oracle SIP and Enterprise Operations Monitoring Tool
IPCC and related applications - Cisco IOS T1-PRIs/Gateways/MGCP/SCCP/SRST/SIP
Cisco ISR Cube integration via SIP Trunk
Cisco QoS for VoIP - Expert knowledge of LAN/WAN communications
Skype for Business with CUCM integration
Cisco Jabber and Expressway.
SIP Third Party Devices
Cisco ISR Routers 3800/3900/4300/4400 and Analog VG204, 304, and 224.
Avaya Platform that include: Aura Messaging 7.0, Avaya Session Manager 7.0, System Manager 7.1, Avaya CS1000 7.65
CCNA Collaboration and or CCVP
Working knowledge of CDR analysis and SAI (billing integration)
Working knowledge of Reliatel and Unimax
