PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Main responsibilities/ Principal duty
Key responsibilities:
- Need to handle, all customer audits, RM/PM quality, Implementation of FSSC-22K and regulatory requirements
- To ensure GMP and Quality Processes so that the products manufactured in the site meets the quality standards and thereby support business in achieving its goal.
- To implement the new Quality Concepts in line with FSSAI and various QMSs like FSSC 22000, customer requirements.
- To cross verify the process parameters and ensuring corrective actions in case of any deviation.
- To conduct training program on Good Manufacturing Practices, QMS, FSSC-22K to production & maintenance Executives and workmen at the site to bring awareness on Quality
- To co-ordinate and conduct the Internal Audits at the site ensure effective implementation of the Internal audit schedules,
- Facilitate validation of new process and equipment. Ensures that appropriate validations are carried out as defined in the approved validation master plan, completeness of all validations, protocols and final reports.
- Evaluates and ensures implementation of corrective action plan due to customer complaints which may have an impact on product quality.
- Handling customer complaints and identifying the exact root cause and writing CAPA
- Root Cause Analysis system & timely closure of all Corrective/Preventive Actions request by external auditors at the site. Also to do the supplier audit.
- 100% compliance for all regulatory / legal issues.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS/ BEHAVIOURIAL TRAITS
- Relevant Bakery experience of minimum 2 years
- Thorough knowledge of QA/QC
- Open to work in rotational shifts.
EDUCATION / EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE
- Graduate/Post graduate in Food Technology is preferred
- Any Graduate with relevant experience shall work
