Overview:
To be a successful candidate you must possess exceptional desktop and organizational abilities, a keen eye for details; and excellent communication skills with proven expertise in reading and writing. As an administrative/human recruiting assistant, the need to have a high level of initiative is required plus the ability to track and manage your tasks together with your respective manager is needed. Your duties include basic administrative tasks such as editing or producing candidates' CVs and resume, creating candidate profiles, processing applications submitted on our ATS, and updating candidate profiles on application tracking systems and leaving notes (breadcrumb), Pipeline status of candidates on ATS.

Excellent Communication Skills:

A. Verbal Communication:

  1. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently. 
  2. Active listening skills to understand candidates' needs and concerns.
  3. Effective questioning techniques to gather relevant information.

B. Written Communication:

  1. Strong writing skills for composing compelling job descriptions and emails.
  2. Proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation to maintain professionalism.
  3. Clarity and conciseness in written correspondence to convey information effectively.

C. Interpersonal Communication:

  1. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
  2. Empathy and emotional intelligence to understand candidates' perspectives and needs and most importantly the perspective of the end client whom you will be working with.
  3. Diplomacy and tactfulness in handling sensitive conversations or feedback.

II. Proficiency in English Language:

A. Fluency:

  1. Fluent and articulate in spoken English with clear pronunciation.
  2. Ability to express ideas and convey information fluently without language barriers.

B. Written Proficiency:

  1. Strong writing skills in English with grammatical accuracy and coherence.
  2. Ability to draft professional emails, reports, and other written communications effectively.

C. Comprehension:

  1. Ability to understand complex ideas and instructions communicated in English.
  2. Proficient comprehension skills to grasp nuances in conversations or written materials.

D. Adaptability:

  1. Ability to adapt communication style to accommodate diverse audiences, including candidates from different cultural backgrounds.
  2. Flexibility in adapting to variations in English accents and dialects.


III. Recruitment Skills:

A. Candidate Sourcing:

  1. Familiarity with various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  2. Ability to conduct targeted searches and identify qualified candidates.

B. Screening and Assessment:

  1. Skill in conducting thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews and initial interviews.
  2. Ability to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles.

C. Relationship Building:

  1. Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and industry contacts.
  2. Ability to engage passive candidates and nurture talent pipelines.

D. Negotiation:

  1. Proficiency in negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms with candidates, including salary and benefits.
  2. Ability to address concerns and objections effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
