- Implementing Change Management process into the ServiceNow IT Change Management module, including creating specification and training materials.
- High expertise in change management methodologies and principles.
- Attending/Chairing Change Advisory Board (CAB) calls such as Network , Security , Executive etc .
- Reviewing the minutes from the last meeting of changes.
- Reviewing the Successful , failed ,Backed-out and incidents resulting from implemented changes.
- Execute end to end change management deliverables such as stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, sponsor strategies, communication plans and sustainment plans.
- Coordinating with the teams especially with Service level Management(SLM) team to provide the weekly and monthly changes of all successful, failed ,cancelled etc.
- Initiating the Post Implementation Review and ensure the teams are filling and attaching to Change requests.
- Ensure that agreed objectives are met – every change has targets to meet. After the change is implemented, objectives should be checked to determine whether they have been achieved
- Work with product, technical, sales, account management and other client facing teams/leaders, to create clinical and service ground breaking partnerships and processes.
- Good Knowledge on Change Ticketing tools Service Now, Remedy, Client Service Center etc.
- Coordinated with project teams to support them to integrate the projects with change management initiatives undertaken by the organization.
- Oversaw the development and operation of change management methodologies and procedures to guide the adoption process.
