Service Desk Specialist

Job Details

 Must have
Around 2-3 years of experience of inbound call support for technical issues
Good communication skills (verbal and written) to handle international customers
Strong knowledge of Service Management processes
Good knowledge of Win10 and Office application related troubleshooting using remote access tools.
Willing to work in rotating shifts and on public holidays
Good to have
ITIL Foundation certified
Experience on Chat support
