POSITION DETAILS
Position Summary
Handling of non-technical Claims related to commercial topics, picking, packing and transportation defects.
In this role, the claims coordinator resolves and responds to Customer’s Claims / Deductions in a timely and professional manner. The general purpose of this role is to coordinate, investigate, evaluate, drive decision on acceptance or rejections of a claim and ensure continuous improvement.
In addition, the holder of this position will analyze, measure and monitor the quality of master data and take appropriate actions to constantly improve data quality.
