Develop and optimize search recommendation of search engines or Search Ads to improve the effect of recommendation sorting.

Survey advanced search recommendation strategies in the industry, and provide valuable optimization solutions and suggestions based on business requirements to continuously improve user experience.

Develop core search technologies, such as basic correlation, timeliness, LTR, click model, in-depth semantic model, and user behavior mining. Position KPI: Develop and optimize search recommendation of search engines, and develop core technologies such as relevance, timeliness, LTR, click model, in-depth semantic model, and user behavior mining to continuously improve user experience.

At least 5 Yrs working experience on large scale production pipeline development with Spark, HadoopDevelop and optimize search recommendation of search engines or Search Ads to improve the effect of recommendation sorting.
Survey advanced search recommendation strategies in the industry, and provide valuable optimization solutions and suggestions based on business requirements to continuously improve user experience.
