Workday Time Tracking module, HCM, Core HR experience required
Knowledge of Workday Compensation and Security helpful
Minimum 3 years of Workday functional experience required
Minimum of 5 years of overall HR technology experience
Functional Configuration and Integration experience required
Troubleshoot issues in Workday modules, fix issues, develop enhancements and defect fixes
Consult with HR business stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the acquired organization and recommend solutions to bring the acquired organization into Workday
Undertake configurations in Workday to support the new entity
Serve as the functional expert in the analysis of the business processes to be implemented
Consult on the integration of systems into the Workday environment
Assist in the development of change management, communication and training plans
Perform unit testing and facilitate end user testing of the implemented solution
Good to have skills*
Good understanding of production support process
Strong Leadership, Project Management and Client Expectation Management skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent writing skills for generating clear, concise release notes and documentation
Experience in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, test case creation within Workday
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization including executive management (VP/Directors) to drive steering committee meetings
