Required Skills:
Passion to provide technical support to our customers globally by means of telephone, email and JIRA issues
Excellent listening, problem solving and analytical skills (including very good communication skills in Englisch)
Extensive JBoss knowhow (JBoss EAP 6, JBoss 4 would be a plus)
Java Development Knowhow (including 4 year experience in Java based framework or re-usable component development)
A strong knowledge in Java EE concepts/standards, Java related standards and XML technologies
Knowhow of tools such as Eclipse, intelliJ, Jenkins, Git/Stash, JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Ant
An enthusiasm and aptitude for learning new skills and practices
Take pride and ownership in your work
Preferred Skills:
Linux RHEL6 knowledge including shell scripting knowledge
Basic understanding of Security- /and Network Technologies (TLS, PKI Infrastructure, Firewall, TCP/IP)
A good understanding for Java Troubleshooting/Diagnostic tasks
Solid understanding of web applications
Experience and working knowledge in developing SinglePage Web Applications (using technologies such as Angular.js, HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS) is a plus.
Strong knowhow in Agile Methods, BDD, TDD is a plus
Experience in commercial PaaS Platforms (like Openshift, Pivotal cloudfoundry) is a plus.
