- Ready to work in 24/7 live NOC production in L1 monitoring
- Work experience in monitoring Live network environment
- Experience and good understanding in monitoring tool is MUST
- Strong knowledge on Networking and very good analytical skill in network issues and concepts.
- Experience in multiple monitoring, incident & change management solutions (home grown or commercial products). Ability to compare those and ability to guide build or adopt the best.
- Experience in service SLA definition and management for globally available products and services.
- Experience in managing multi team co-ordination and collaboration for change and deployment of globally developed products.
- Experience in supporting NOC operations for globally deployed product.
- Equally comfortable in front of executives / management, group of Architects and Systems Engineers. Capable to building operational summary to be consumed by Samsung global leadership.
- Ideally should have worked in product company in Incident and change management (NOC) role.
- A BE / B.Tech / M.Sc, in Computer Science / Information Technology / Allied Sciences or MCA
