The Tech Support analyst is a key member of US Delivery team and will work on critical Production Issues on Oracle PL/SQL databases to manage the work flow. This team is vital to the success of the organization as they ensure our customers have uninterrupted product experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in working on Oracle PL/SQL and any other database technologies

Strong PL/SQL development experience
- Expert in working on Unix and Shell scripting
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and possesses analytical skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationship with team members and deliver quality solutions
Rotational shift and occasional weekend support as well.
- 4 years' relevant hands on experience in ,, JavaScript, SQL Server(Should be able to write effective SQL queries)
- Experience in JQuery, CSS is desired
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like TFS/VSS
- Very good analytical and debugging skills
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Should be able to work independently with minimal guidance by team members
- Should assist in troubleshooting software application issues
- Experience in MVC would be added advantage (but not mandatory)
