largest corporatecustomers, ensuring end to end delivery of servicerequests, projects and customer billing Why this job matters Responsible for ensuring that CDS functional tower services, for one or more medium-high size/complexity contracts, are
delivered to the requirements of BT's Global or Enterprise Customer Contracts whilst ensuring that all BT internal controls are met. What I'll be doing – your accountabilities Skills required for the job  
The CDM Professional is functionally aligned to one or more of the following activities supporting oneor more medium contracts:

management and reporting, unbilled and debt inventory build, cleanse, maintenance, management
and data assurance supplier performance, managing supplier pricing and negotiations, validation and approval of invoices as well as disputemanagement and resolution   assuranceactivities including resourcereconciliation, TPCA, product and third party cost validation.   Connected leaders behaviours Experience you would be expected to have Key decisions
