Interfacing with Account executives/Service/Regional managers, backend teams (invoicing, AR, P2P)
Understand the service construct and its mapping to service catalog and price book
Understand the end-2-end workflow process involving contract, orders, delivery, finance controller, invoicing and AR.
PO creation and tracking [Client interface]
End-2-end owner to commercially track the CR [Client, Delivery interface]
Ensure BAU billing in time [Delivery and P2P team interface]
Ensure SM/RM finalize SOT & Quantities monthly / in-time [Delivery interface]
Monthly consumption sign-off (SM/RM/Account Executive liaison) [Delivery interface]
Invoice sign-off [Account Executive interface]
AR tracking till closure [Account exec, internal AR team interface]
