- Work closely with the PDL and RBHs in the development and implementation of the Sales and Marketing People plan, budgets, incentive plans while highlighting potential HR-related business opportunities or weaknesses
- Monitor compliance of key people plans and initiatives and course correct in case of deviations
- Be responsible, with Business Partners, for ensuring that the cohesive HR People strategy is in line with overall Business strategy
- Provide strategic and tactical workforce planning in alignment with the product line's plan
- Ensure rewards packages, incentives and rewards are crafted to attract and retain key talent necessary to achieve the Sales goals, in close cooperation with the respective C&B experts and Consultants

Monitoring & Control
- Drive personnel cost planning, performing periodic cost and productivity analyses to maintain workforce budgets
- Ensure adherence to relevant labor and employment law including relations with external labor organizations for all sales offices in the country
- Help coordinate procedures and technology solutions to improve data management and people analytics
- Participate in or lead key HR Projects for Sales and Marketing
- Ensure execution and adherence to Cargill HR principles, practices and policies, and be the department expert on all administrative practices and policies
- Bring Outside in by benchmarking key practices across industry/business to advance the PDLs and Functional goals

People & Organization
- Lead and develop the HR Professionals in the team
- Coach/drive PDLs and RBHS on key HR processes, e.g. Performance Management, workforce planning and talent management for respective client groups
- Drive cultural change and foster diversity and inclusion within the Functions and Product Lines
- Manage internal communication, especially around HR-sensitive issues (values, advancement, motivation etc.)
