Develops and implements test plans, schedules, and requirements for subsystems of new and existing designs
Supports quality excellence program, line stop resolution, production yield improvement, debug effectiveness, on time shipment
Support product move / transfer
Perform manual testing as needed to augment automated testing
Independentlydesigns, develops, and executes software test plans, including design of test scripts in both manual and automated test environments following the established Test Management Process
Responsible for detailed test plan creation for medium to large projects
Analyzes product and test project risks and advises Sr Test Engineer and/or Project Managers and project teams of associated risks
Creates and/or maintains test data
Analyzes test results to validate existing functionality and consults with project team and development partners to resolve defects and problems
May guide new team members and contract resources in department and domain processes and procedures
