JD Details:

Looking for 2 to 3 years strong Desk side Support Engineer with excellent customer handling Skill .
Provide Problem resolution and Document solution
Excellent oral/written communication

Knowledge on windows 7/8 /10 OS related issues

Knowledge on in Windows administration @ L1/L2
Knowledge on in LAN/WAN connectivity issues and trouble shooting
Manage Desktop (software and connectivity) incidents through to resolution

Provide standard and approved software (operating systems and standard office applications) support and the remote management of Desktop Devices using appropriate tools)

Support, Manage, Optimize and Maintain the configuration and installation of the Desktop, to include, but not limited to, patch updates

Experience in email support, MS office and desktop applications
Troubleshooting experience for desktop L2 related issues
Vendor coordination for warranty support

Assign tickets in Ticketing tool , update periodically and ensured SLA s are Met

Ensure survey returns are always greater than 50%
Ensure 100% CSAT.
