Key areas on responsibility
• Candidate is responsible for the timely procurement and delivery of high quality, low-cost products
• select and evaluate the performance of suppliers
• Reviews purchase requisitions and coordinate with requester on any clarifications
• Processes purchase orders, requisitions, and bid requests
• Communicates with vendors on status of outstanding orders as well as discrepancies with quality and quantity
• Analyzes trends and market conditions for present and future pricing, availability, lead-time and capacity of goods and services
• Drafts and submits budget proposals and recommends budget changes as needed
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations
• Maintains and accurately updates the information
• Handle Company Leased Vehicles
• Handle Company leased Accommodation
• Office Administration activities
• Travel & visa handling.
Preference :
• 3.5 - 5 years of experience in any kind of Purchasing / Sourcing / Vendor Management/ Financial Processes and related fields.
• From any IT industry
• Knowledge on ERP tools
Education
• Any graduate from a reputed university
• Strong MS Office skills

• Good Analytical and data management skills
• Strong communication and people skills and ability to negotiate and articulate.
