Experience as a DB2 (on z/OS) Database Administrator
Physical implementation and support of DB2 LUW databases.
Maintain, Monitor, Troubleshoot and Tune databases for efficiency & stability of environments.
Database helpdesk support.
Capability to troubleshoot & work on reported production issues.
Backup and recovery of databases.
Collaborate with data modelers, project teams and vendors to implement database changes.
Ensure secure database by creating and following corporate security policies.
