Business Analyst with Clinical domain experience
Education/Experience:
- Have a broad understanding of Clinical Domain in the life science industry. Must have min 1 year of IT experience of working in the domain.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Education/ Experience: Minimum Bachelor's degree. Specialization in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science or Math is desirable.
- 8+ years experience with atleast 5 years of experience in business analysis. The experience must include utilizing formal development methodologies; business analysis elicitation or analysis techniques; writing business and functional specifications;
Responsibilities:
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis. Work with stakeholders to develop use cases and write business and functional specifications through use of formal development methodologies.
- Guide users in identifying business requirements by use of various business analysis elicitation/analysis techniques to determine the needs of the business.
- Elicit requirements from geographically dispersed stakeholders and communicate both technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and business concepts to technical audiences.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to business requirements and user interface (UI) design specifications
- Manages project documentation (implementation plan, issues log, process maps, etc.) and documents process flows and gaps.
- Assess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder needs. Supports the Project Manager in planning, executing, controlling and closing phases.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with business partners and internal/external team members.
- Identify issues and escalates/manages resolution as required. Coordinates and provides support to the business with the process implementation. Perform other duties as assigned
