Position 1: Test lead
 
Job Description:
•         As a lead, creates & executes mobile  automation test strategy for mobile apps across android & iOS platforms
•         Train and guide the testing team to up skill & execute the Mobile automation test strategy
•         Work with development leads, development managers to come up and execute the test strategy in line with the overall test strategy for SunSmart.
•         Hands on mobile automation expert who can deliver, lead, train and guide the existing team on automation tools, frameworks front.
•         Leads the testing discussions with program stakeholders presenting automation testing strategies involving negotiations, influencing by presenting relevant Pro s & Cons
•         Share QA process frameworks, tools, and best practices that can be adopted throughout the organization
•         Proactive in the Identification of program Risks/ Issues/ Concerns and highlight it to respective stakeholders providing mitigation as applicable
•         Proven ability to multitask, manage concurrent project efforts, and work with minimal supervision in a team environment. .
•         Has a long term vision from the perspective automation frameworks, right fit for the different programs as per need
•         Follows processes on obtaining test plan reviews, approvals and sign offs.
•         Has provided estimates for the duration of activities, and resources needed to execute the test plan.
•         Monitors and reports on overall test status  to all the project stakeholders.
•         Has analyzed test results/defects and found other areas of the system that can be targeted for potential regression.
•         Provides the test effort's QA lead with their assessment and confidence level of the area of the system they are testing.
Skill Set:
•         Financial/Insurance Domain knowledge
•         Expert in at least one programming language preferably Java
•         Proven experience in Mobile App Automation using different automation tools and frameworks like Selenium / Appium
Job Location – Gurgaon
 
Experience: 6-8 Years
 
Shifts: 12-8:30 P.M. or 8A.M. to 5P.M.
