Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing Excel spreadsheets to ensure completeness and accuracy of data before submission to service activation team.
- Ensure latest version of SRF is being used.
- Recognizing data integrity issues and identifying root causes in Solarwinds and ServiceNow
- Working with various teams to make needed corrections.
- Working closely with CSM to collect customer specific data.
- Collecting Orange internal data related to customer and/or service.
- Working with service activation team to ensure successful data loading.
- Working with SLM, Engineering, and Product Management when necessary to help resolve root causes for chronic data integrity issues.
- Working with SLM and SIE when process changes are required.
