Technical Skill Sets
• Moodle v2 or higher development experience
• 3+ years development experience
• HTML5, PHP, with desire to learn other languages
• SOAP, Rest and XML RPC APIs
• Familiarity with the LAMP/WAMP/Microsoft stack
