Project Role Description :
Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
Keep a control on the BAU activities in your shift
Active participation especially on P1 / P2 bridges
Doing the reviews for all Stakeholders Internal communications before they are published to ensure there are no misses
Support your respective shift by doing monitoring on critical processes Tool monitoring
Ensure the checklist is followed and post Incident resolution tasks are accurately performed
POC to provide the data for any client escalation for P1 / P2 bridges handled in your shift
Technical Experience :
-Experience with SaaS or Software Cloud architecture, including web services and application services --Understand monitor
-Experience in the design, analysis and triage of large-scale distributed systems
-Experience in driving technical solutions teams towards a common target of Service Recovery
-SM- Service Management Incident, Problem, Change, Troubleshooting
-SIAM- Service Integration and Management
Project Mgmt Administration
Professional Attributes :
Fluent English highly proficient in communicating to customers and external audiences
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent applied
Additional Info :
Should be comfortable in 24/7 shift
