Job Title: Cisco Voice
Level: 3-8 years

- Knowledge on Cisco Call Manager,ACME Client ,CUBE, CME & CUE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Cisco voice
- CUCM Features: CSS Partitioning, Call Routing and IP Phone Registration.
- Installation and configuration of Cisco phones and Route patterns, Translation Pattern, Hunt-group, CSS, Partitions,Bulk Creation,SNR,MVA(DISA)
- H323 / MGCP/SIP Gateways: Debugs (CCAPI & ISDN, CCSIP) reading on routers: 28XX / 38XX - 29XX / 39XX
- Unified Communications : IP Phone Set-up , Configuration & Registration
- Dial-plan Management, Call Routing on Call Manager and Unity Connection servers.
- Analyzing, designing and troubleshooting enterprise collaboration networks.
- Packet captures through Wire shark , RTMT.
- Analyzing the traces & logs to troubleshoot different scenarios and search the root cause.
- Cisco IM&P server (Integration with CUCM, Set-up and Install)
- Cisco Jabber Login Process with CUCM.
- Cisco Jabber (Set-up / Install Feature: Soft phone/Desk phone Control and IM)
- Core Knowledge of CUCM & Unity Connection versions 7/8/9/10 and 11
- IP Phone (79xx, 88xx, 99xx, 89xx)
- Managed and maintained analog fax lines, voicemails, auto attendants, phone setup, and alarms/alerts and worked on gateway protocols such as H.323, SIP, MGCP, and SCC
- CUCM, CUC, IM&P, UCCX Maintenance, support and upgrades
- H323/ MGCP/ SIP/ CUBE implementation and support
- VCS Expressway, MRA, UCDT
- SIP Implementation & support to multi-vendor equipment.
- Knowledge on Cisco WebEx & Genesys
