Created Advance Search Ids for users.
Experience in all certification related issues of operators/supervisors.
Experience in on-boarding new Registrars and EAs.
Remote support for the all UIDAI RO's.
Various types of Portal (QAMIS, DQMIS, CORRECTION) Administration control.
SFTP and FTP configuration for UPLOAD Portal and Admin Portal user creation
On boarding, sync and biometric related issues.
Experience in various ticketing tools like SAIL, V-Tiger, Jira
Provided Admin portal training for EAs and Registrars.
Responsible to solve Queries/Incidents/Service Request reported by Enrollment Agencies, Registrars and Regional Offices across India. Also provide backend support for Aadhaar Contact Centers.
Analyzing the issues and resolving issues via remote related to enrolment clients
Raising the tickets (SR/Bugs) for the issues/defects.
Following up with cross functional Team members for early closure of Incidents and Service Requests.
Involve in client testing (ECMP, UCL) before release to Ecosystem Partners.
