Work with IAM leads and business IT managers to understand business requirements, enterprise IT standards, and other considerations that influence how IAM solutions and services should perform and operate

Develop technical IAM solutions during the solutions delivery life-cycle, while engaging service owners, architects, project managers, global infrastructure teams, regional IT teams, and key IAM product vendors

Analyses and communicates the viability of the solution to meet project timeline, budget and quality
Works with Lead Architects, Solution Architects, Security Architects, Project Managers, and Group Managers
Maintains system documentation and protocols to ensure that additions and modifications are thoroughly documented upon implementation
Works with technical systems specialist, business systems specialists from the impacted application groups/3rd parties to understand the intended approach
Work with Operations to deploy and integrate new technologies into the current environments
Integrates Sailpoint solution with in-house and third party applications for birthright provisioning, request approval and fulfilment, deprovisioning, custom workflows
