To take complete ownership for the sales volumes, profitability and growth in each segment - consumer products & institutional
Develop and implement go-to-market strategy with regards to targets to achieve goals
Allocate budgets and plan for expanding market and improving market share
Achieve stability in the consumer products space through volumes and profit margins
Build new distribution partners and channels, and expanding existing ones to increase market access
Communicate strategy developed for sales to people in the team in the form of their individual targets and actionable
Recruit and Develop the right talent in the team to keep the talent pool abreast with the industry
Train and develop team members' capability to ensure high performance
Set sales incentives in close cooperation with the HR department to motivate people towards exceeding their goals
Devise systems and processes to enable each team member to review performance and increase commitment
Scan the environment to identify valuable emerging markets
Initiate and manage change
Maintain relationships with distributors and channel partners and enabling them to maximize volumes
Comprehend channel dynamics and ensure success of trade marketing events
Analyze sales data to accurately forecast future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace.
Foresee and avoiding challenges and stagnation in the marketplace to grow volumes and profitability.
Understand competition and their advantages to remain a top player and maintain and gain rapid market share.
