Job Profile:
- To draft, vet and execute all legal documents relating to Commercial and Noncommercial Agreements and resolutions.
- To manage, protect and enforce all Intellectual Property Rights of the company (Patent Rights/ Trademarks, Advertisement/ Promotion, Labeling, Share Purchase & Deed Bonds).
- To manage all legal contracts and letters of the company, including Litigation matters, if a company comes across.
- Ensure compliance of Drugs & Cosmetics Act.
- Ensure Compliance of DPCO & NPPA.
- Liaison with Advocates/ Law firms on a need basis.
- Legal audits & risk assessment.
