Solution Designer-
JD: Consulting Delivery related
§ MBA with Telecom background and min 8 years of Telco work experience
§ Participating / leading in customer facing consulting activities
§ Identifying issues and forming hypotheses and solutions
§ Presenting findings and recommendations to clients in line with pre-defined client business objectives
§ Implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out
§ Managing projects and programmes with focus on client / stakeholder management
§ Liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions
§ Strong communication, articulation and presentation skills
§ Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and carve out meaningful resolutions
§ Ability to conceptualize/drive business change on complex programmes
§ Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement where the team is committed to finding new ways to improve the service it provides to the business.
Experience/Knowledge Required
§ Domain Focus (required)
o Experience and good understanding of telecom value chain, markets, key technology as well as business trends, challenges in emerging vis-à-vis mature markets etc.
o Industry reference Standard Frameworks & Tools Focus (required)
o General awareness of industry reference standards such as eTOM (BPF), ITIL, NGOSS, TOGAF etc.
o Conversant with Process Modeling tools like Visio/ ARIS/ PEGA/ Casewise etc.
§ Functional Domain Focus (required)
o Good understanding of various business, technology as well as operational solutions in functional domains such as
o Overall B/OSS (Service Fulfillment and Assurance)
o Customer Interaction management (CIM) & CRM
o Order Management (COM/SOM)
o Product lifecycle Management/EPC
o OSS/Network Inventory & Billing
§ Business Process Focus (desired)
o Understanding and having ability to design business processes across specific or entire value chain of telecom industry vertical: L2C (Lead to Cash or Service Fulfillment) / T2R (Trouble to Resolve or Service Assurance) / C2M (Concept to Market)
