Good-to-Have Professional Certifications, additional language knowledge, Strong analytical and logical understanding SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Complete ownership of managing HUB Admin activities/operation & Admin Team 2 Defining Scope and KRA's of Team members 3 Communicate and co-ordinate with immediate management for day to day activities 4 Direct reporting to Regional Admin Head iON on day to day activities, incident management etc. 5 Monitoring and reporting of key project activities, plans and progresses 6 Managing calls and discussions 7 End to end Exam day and non exam day administrative activities management and Team coordination 8 Ensuring zero incident on Exam day related to Admin Services 9 Help in Recruitment, Training and talent development of Team Members 10 Define and deploy control and Monitoring mechanism Admin Team within HUB 11 Training and development of Admin Team within HUB 12 Ensure Standardising of process at all Exam Venues within HUB 13 Vendor Mgmt , Support Regional Head in Finalising of contract , Vendor invoice 14 Publish regular dashboard on Key performance parameters to Regional Admin Head and Sr. Mgmt on need basis 15 Central spoc for all Facility related matters within HUB 16 Ensure SLA/SLC at Exam Venues 17 Governance over ViDZ/LISP partners , regular meeting and closure of Audit points 18 Deployment of Adhoc/Contract Client at Exam Venue 19 Help/support in Shortlisting prospective partner/venue identified based on defined parameters within region 20 Maintain and monitor legal compliances for all Venues 21 Prepare and deploy contingency/BCP 22 Surprise checks at exam Venues 23 Handle crisis situation 24 Coordinate and manage with Client agencies on deployment and other staff related issues & Compliances 25 Conduct audit of Exam venues 26 Any other duty assigned from time to time
