Provide SCCM Infra support to the SCCM 2012 Current Branch



- Monitoring SCCM alerts and creating and troubleshooting tickets for Critical alerts
If TechM not able to find a solution, then only can reach to Nestle SME for further assistance.

- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Backup failures, Packages, Applications, OSD Related Packages Distribution.

- Monitoring and troubleshooting Disk failures and Disk space issues on SCCM site servers and can engage Nestle SME through Internal Engagement ticket in case any help required.

- Publishing health reports on weekly basis
( Send E-mail to Nestle every week) For Critical / Warning alerts TechM have to work and fix all issues.

Provide Support only for approved Catalogue hardware models
For rest of the models, TechM will inform end user that it is Out of Scope and will close the ticket.

Installing SCCM agent or client
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCCM Client install

Operating system deployment and support:-

- Troubleshoot OS deployment failures

- Collecting and analyzing logs.

- L1 & L2 troubleshooting for network related issues


- If any issues with unapproved models TechM team will report this to Nestle SME and he/she will be responsible for testing the new models and adding the same in Catalogue


Application Deployment support:-

- L1 & L2 support for deployment, Creating Application package, distribute and deploy based on the requirement and troubleshoot and resolve in case of issues.

Patch Deployment:-

- Create Deployment task as per the process after receiving approved patches from Security team.

- Provide Compliance report for laptop and desktop to Security team within a week on post deployment.

- Troubleshoot clients those are failed during deployment


Application Packaging Services:-

- Provide support for applications on Windows 7, windows 8 & windows 10.

- Perform compatibility testing for application for OS versions Windows 7, windows 8 & windows 10.

TechM team may refer to any KB articles for troubleshooting purpose, but are not authorized to make any changes in the infra without approval from Nestle SME.
