POSITION PURPOSE
Primary purpose of the position
- Manage Sales and Distribution of the product
- Contribute in generating revenue for the company
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Main responsibilities/ Principal duty
Key responsibilities:
- Handling channel sales [Primary & Secondary distribution] profile for FMCG
- Visiting retail outlets
- Taking orders
- Giving products as per the order
- Merchandising
- Developing market for company's products
ENVIRONMENT
What internal/external factors(competition/government controls/market locations etc) affect achievement of the position accountabilities
SKILL REQUIREMENTS/ BEHAVIOURIAL TRAITS
- Fluent Communication in Hindi/Vernacular Language
- Basic understanding of English
- Knowledge of coverage and steps of sales call
- Disciplined
EDUCATION / EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE
- Graduate preferred
- 3-4 years as front line in any FMCG company (Biscuits and Snacks companies preferred)
- Off rolls/Distributor rolls is acceptable
- General Trade Channel only
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND / OR SKILLS
- Channel Sales
- General Trade experience is must

OTHER REQUIREMENTS ( If any)
- Presentable and smart with cheerful disposition
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in FMCG
- Geographical knowledge and understanding of trade.
- Relation in market shall be a bonus.
- Maturity to lead and motivate the team.
- Enable enough to basic calculation like margins, schemes etc.
- Basic computer knowledge for bizom reporting
