8.Roles & Responsibilities Primary - SQL DBA ****************** ** 5+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA and basic knowledge on Public Cloud Azure/AWS with SQL MI ** Configure and maintain database servers and good knowledge on the ITIL processes ** Good hands on & experience on High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server ** Monitor systems health and performance ** Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time ** Should be able to provide suggestions for solutions, best practices, recommendations proactively ** Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes ** Good knowledge on Scripting & query tuning ** Provide 24x7 support on critical production releases/DR drill other planned activities ** Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment/upgrade activities ** Participate in case triage/CIMA meetings and share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions ** MCTS, MCITP, Cloud certification and/or MVP certifications one required atleast
