The Role purpose is as follows :-
- Provide support to RMS service (Secure Island – IQP) along with end point IQP agents
- Provide support to End User and Customers (Local OpCos). Respond to end-user, customers, technical issues pertaining to RMS service
- Gather and record all the collected information about the product issues. Analyse the root cause of the problem; in-house simulation of problems.
- Incident management, change management, problem management
- Contribution to knowledge base system
- Interacting with Project team / Solution Architect
- Vendor management
Primary Skills
- 4 to 6 years' experience providing enterprise level support
- Understanding of Microsoft Windows client and server infrastructure
- Microsoft ADRMS knowledge
- Basic Microsoft Exchange knowledge
- Systematic approach in performing root cause analysis
- Secure Island IQP knowledge
- Knowledge of Windows OS – OS Architecture, services, drivers, process, threads, handles & registry, Windows Internals and debugging tools, Active Directory
Understanding of information security standards including data classification
