Work closely with cross functional team to prepare and publish monthly Metrics Dashboards to the management.Support in conducting Internal Quality Audit and track audit findings to closure
Also coordinate External Quality Audit activities & track the audit findings to closure.Create, modify & maintain quality documentation for QMS, SMS & ISMS as per requirement & track the changes.Support and facilitate Annual customer satisfaction survey and track the action items to closure.Fulfill the partner customer satisfaction program requirements and facilitate the partner Audit program.Facilitate to conduct internal & external quality trainings, create training awareness via emailers, publish the training calendar & keep track of required training records.Update & maintain the SharePoint for latest information.Create QMS, ISMS awareness through emailers and competitions.Support administrative tasks viz., vendor coordination, payment tracking etc.,
