L & D coordinator

We are looking for passionate and experienced L&D Coordinator to support ongoing learning programs and activities for Group IT employees globally.

As our Learning and Development Coordinator, you will:

•         Under general direction of the L&D Coordination Manager, position is responsible for administrative duties related to planning, organizing, communicating and coordinating delivery of Group IT employee Technical and  Core skill development programs, as appropriate and play an active role in the launch of new L&D initiatives

•         Tracking participation and progress of training roll outs, and communicate with attendees and domain representatives.

•         Partner with members of the Capgemini learning teams from different geographies and key stakeholders to manage training list and nominee list within our learning management system (LMS).

•         Track, assign and monitor license distribution to our various learning platforms like Coursera and Pluralsight.  

•         Develop good understanding of courses readily available in our learning platforms.

•         Help with creating monthly L&D dashboard and training summary reporting by collating data from various sources.
