Detailed JD:
- Need technically strong resource in COBOL, JCL, DB2, Easytrieve and VSAM mainframes technologies to work on development project. Resource should have 4+ years of experience and should be able to work independently
- Analyzing/Understanding the requirements
- Creating Design specification documents
- Coordinating with the team
- Analysis of the programs
- Coding of programs as per requirements
- Unit test plan creation and unit testing
- Perform initial analysis and provide estimates on assigned work requests
- Work on high priority work requests
- SIT/UAT Cycle Monitoring and resolving abends
