MS Dynamic CRM Support-
Ø The candidate will be providing technical support for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Support organization, including but not limited to Premier and Professional customer and partners.
Ø He/she will act as the primary technical contact, and deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem resolution for Corporate Customers including, issues escalated to the highest level of management.
Ø Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve customer issues.
Ø Collaborate with Technical Leads and escalation resources when appropriate.
Ø The candidate will provide technical support including product technical training to peers as appropriate.
Ø Candidate must be able to manage critical issues by setting customer expectations, devising and implementing action plans, and professionally communicating to all parties involved.
