Job Description:
                PHP Senior resource (L3 Support)
•             Excellent Troubleshooting skills on Web Application environment (LAMP or LEMP architecture) & ELK architecture.
•             Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Core PHP, CodeIgniter.
•             Familiarity to JavaScript, HTML, CSS, 3+ years of experience.
•             Experience to work with Linux OS,NGINX, Biztalk, IIS and good command over SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
•             Shell/Perl scripting knowledge.
•             Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
•             Experience working with customers preferably in a support related role.
•             Handle communications for production issues, internal team tech issues.
•             Validation of bugs reported.
•             Document Knowledgebase articles.
•             Develop utilities to automate operational tasks and remediate known issues.
•             Diagnose and resolve problems in operating systems, network, storage, and hardware infrastructure.
•             Develop solutions to recover from interruptions and prevent recurring occurrences problems.
•             Create and maintain detailed tech documentation and specifications.
•             Issues that includes more troubleshooting and properly escalating it to engineering team.
•             Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
•             Knowledge of Node.JS is an added advantage
•             Knowledge of Bootstrap good to have
•             Experience in performance tuning and working with scalable applications is a huge plus
