In depth knowledge and experience of Siebel architecture, installation methodology and administration of Siebel Enterprise, Servers, Gateways, Database & Clients
Siebel Administration including Siebel Gateway and Application servers, Siebel batch components and Siebel web server. Monitor application performance, Troubleshoot application performance issues, address infrastructure or performance related issues.
Thorough knowledge with Siebel features, functionality, processes and best practices across key modules
Extensive experience in Siebel Call Center, Siebel Sales application
Good knowledge of Oracle as Siebel database
Strong knowledge in Siebel command line parameters.
Should be able to Troubleshoot Siebel crash log files using FDR by turning on FDR in Siebel application.
Should be able to Address the infrastructure or performance related issues to the technical team
Responsible for Application Administration tasks such as System Preferences, assigning views to responsibilities etc; Integration Administration tasks like EAI value maps, Symbolic URL and Personalization administration.
Responsible to Perform a day-to-day operational support functions within Siebel including client, server, User creations, checking logs, and administrative duties such as server , application administration
Responsible for Migration of changes to application components to the Development Test environment , Staging and Performance environments
Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting issues pertaining to Non prod environments, and analyze the root cause.
