As a Visual Designer, you'll delight users with designs that inspire, engage and excite them
You'll rely on user-cantered design principles to produce high-quality visuals—from concept to execution—across many platforms.
Tools knowledge: Adobe XD, Photoshop, Invision, Figma,
• Create hi-fidelity wireframes using Figma/XD/Invision
• Design Icons and other Visual Elements and design system.
• Design Product Experiences in collaboration with Interaction Designers or Information Architects
• Lead a Design Direction or finish out an Incomplete direction
• Work efficiently in a moderately-to-fast paced, Enterprise environment
• Ability to present an direction or concept, negotiate its build, and follow thru on the execution of that initiative.
• Create a Style Guide/Design System / Asset Library (Functional Version with HTML/CSS/JS)
• Ability to communicate with engineering teams
• Ability to communicate and work with Product Management
• Ability to perform HTML Production Designer tasks
• Master Collaborator across teams
• Design for scale and longevity
• Review and fix UI issues and help development team to ensure we have pixel perfect UI
